Christian Education excites me because it places in the heart of the student a God centered worldview. To watch as young people get a hold of that with passion makes whatever sacrifice worth it.
II Corinthians 8:9 “For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.”
Mr. Luke Brown
Principal | Years of Experience: 27 | Years at HCS: 24
I had the privilege of graduating from HCS in 1983. In March of 1986, I surrendered my life to serve the Lord full time. After I graduated from Bible College in 1990, my wife and I served in Wester, PA for three years and then moved to Cleveland to teach at HCS. I have worked with the children of CBC for 20 years and now serve as the principal of HCS. I enjoy working with each family as they raise their children for the glory of God. Each child is unique and special in their own way.
John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”
“God gave His best for me, I should give my best for Him.”

I love working with students, teaching songs, and playing the piano. I’ve been married 35 years, have three children, and six grandchildren. I love spending time with my family, reading, and music.
Isaiah 40:31 “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Mrs. Pam Brown
English, Speech (10th - 12th) | Years of Experience: 20 | Years at HCS: 18
When we moved to Seneca, Pennsylvania, I was asked to teach English in the academy. I wasn’t trained to be a teacher, but I developed a love for it. I finished my teaching degree and can honestly say I could not see myself doing anything else. I teach various ages and various subjects, and I never fail to learn new things from my students. I love to read, and I love to instill that love for reading in my students. I have a husband who is also an educator and four children that God is using in various teaching ministries.
I Timothy 1:12 “And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry.”
