Heritage Christian School is a dynamic, K3-12 Christian school located in Cleveland, Ohio. Heritage Christian School is a ministry of Cleveland Baptist Church. Since its establishment in 1974, HCS has existed to encourage and assist families committed to fulfilling the biblical mandate to rear their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, hourly role for a K3 teacher's aide at Heritage Christian School in Cleveland, OH. The K3 teacher's aide will be responsible for assisting the three-year-old kindergarten teacher and supervising children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Must be a born-again believer
• Must be dedicated to train young people with a biblical worldview
• Must agree with the doctrinal position, mission, purpose, and philosophy of Heritage Christian School
• Must attend, join, tithe and serve at Cleveland Baptist Church or be already involved with another church of like faith in the area

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the K3 teacher in running the K3 classroom
• Supervise children
• Help the class run smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
